Make it Monday – Easy Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Muffins (Weight Watchers)

Since we are in the heart of pumpkin season, I decided to bring back one of my old favorite recipes today for this Make it Monday post. This recipe is one you can enjoy completely guilt free. If you follow the recipe, each muffin will equal exactly 1 WW pointsplus value…and they are super yummy!

Easy Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Muffins

Serving – Yields 24 muffins

What you need:

* 1 box of spice cake

* 1 cup of chocolate chips

* 1 can of pumkin

What to do:

* Preheat oven to 350 degrees

* Mix all ingredients together

* Spoon into cupcake pan (serving size should yield 24 cupcakes)

* Bake for 25 minutes

**You can add up to 1 cup of water to the mix before baking to make them more “muffiny”.**
