So, how in the world is it already Monday? I mean, I blinked and a new week is already upon me. I am still working on most of last week’s to-do list for goodness’ sake. That is okay…I breathe and move forward; standing still only heaps more things on my plate.
If you have days (weeks) where you just don’t feel like you have the time to get one more thing done, but still have to, you know, feed your family – here is a recipe that you might want to try. I found it to be (relatively) quick and simple.
French Bread Pizza
First, cut your loaf open.
Spread on some butter.
Sprinkle some garlic over the bread.
Then spread on some pizza sauce, tomato sauce or marinara.
Then add whatever topping you desire.
Add some fresh Parmesan cheese.
Maybe a drizzle of Sriracha ranch.
And bake at 350 degrees for about 15-20 minutes.
It is super yummy!

The Wild Oats brand is actually available at Walmart, I think it is their “healthy” brand line.
